    Pilates For Me now offers YOGA!

    Staff just returned from Costa Rica where they completed their 200 RYT. We are very excited to inspire and share this experience with out participants.

    The great alignment understanding and core training from pilates will make Yoga much more beneficial. We feel people taking yoga with a pilates background will find it much easier and safer to properly execute the poses in Yoga. We hope to see all of out clients at one of our FREE yoga classes in the next couple of months!!!!

    Fit Bodies - Fit Minds

    Understanding how the mind and body connects and functions not only
    helps us to achieve an optimal fitness level but it also helps us to
    develop a healthy relationship with our bodies.

    This workshop will allow you reconnect with your body by teaching you
    how to train your mind and your body. You will learn how to use simple
    techniques to boost self-confidence and develop a positive self-image.

    Developing a balanced mind and body helps to develop a fit body and a
    fit mind. Both are important aspects of lifelong wellness and
    maintaining a healthy lifestyle for many years to come.
