A great starting point for those new to Pilates. Exercises are kept to a basic level so that you can concentrate on breathing and technique. (All ages from youth to elderly are encouraged)
For those looking for a more challenging workout. Exercises are at a more advanced level for those with more athletic ability
This class is designed for individuals who have had previous experience with the Mat exercises. Progressive modifications will be added to the basic mat series to increase the intensity giving our participants the ultimate challenge.

This class is designed for children to explore the Pilates fundamentals through specific exercises that will help develop flexibility, coordination and balance. This program will challenge children to experience the difference between energized and calming movements. This class will provide a fun approach to the Pilates exercises that will build focus, confidence and creativity.

This class is designed for pre/teens as a fun way of educating them of the importance of physical activity and body awareness. This class will teach a variety of Pilates Exercises using a ‘cool’ style of music and moves.
This class is designed for new moms to aid in the recovery of the physical changes they’ve experienced giving birth. This class differs from the traditional Pilates class as mothers perform the Pilates exercises with their baby! This class is a great opportunity for mothers to mingle with other new moms and have somewhere to go with wee ones. This class will also reinforce the mother and baby bond in a fun and social environment. (Babies should be 9 months and under)

This class is geared to very advanced individuals who have taken Pilates for more then 1 year. The Pilates exercises are very similar but props are used to make each move more difficult. A very intense workout that will shock your body.
