    Pilates Mat Classes

    The Pilates mat class is a popular exercise routine that is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It is a routine that focuses on core strength, co-ordination and flexibility. Mat classes are limited to ensure thorough attention to all clients. Classes offered are:

    Intro Pilates is designed for folks new not only to Pilates but exercise all together. It is great for the elderly, those with any injuries, and individuals with a limited range of motion. No prior experience required.

    A great starting point for those new to Pilates. Exercises are kept to a basic level so that you can concentrate on breathing and technique. (All ages from youth to elderly are encouraged)

    This class is geared to very advanced individuals who have taken Pilates for more then 1 year. The Pilates exercises are very similar but props are used to make each move more difficult. A very intense workout that will shock your body.
