 is an exercise class for mom and babies taught by pre/post natal certified instructors. This is a fun, interactive outdoor workout that combines pilates, strength, cardio, and flexibility training in order to help moms recover from the prenatal period.

Pre & Post Natal Class/Seminar

is a safe and effective fitness regime taught by certified trainers. This specialized pilates class will not only help you to cope with the common aches and pains during and after pregnancy, but it will help to keep you and your baby fit and healthy. (Babies from 6 weeks up to 1 year are encouraged to attend the Post natal class)

Outdoor Bootcamp

This creative outdoor workout uses a combination of circuit and interval training to challenge your strength and endurance while burning a lot of calories. The workout moves quickly taking you from one exercise to the next with little to no rest. Options are provided for ALL levels so anyone can benefit from this class regardless of age or fitness level. We ask that you bring your own outdoor mat for this class along with a skipping rope

Sport specific training programs are individually designed to meet the specific needs of each athlete. Athletes can gain a competitive edge and reduce their chances of injury by using a combination of weight training, endurance activities, nutrition counseling, cognitive tools to excel in their sport, and Pilates training to increase strength, agility, balance, flexibility, coordination, focus, and body awareness.

If you cannot find a group class that fits into your schedule or you are having difficulty achieving your weight loss, fitness, or health goals meet with one of our trainers on a one on one basis. Or bring a friend or two along and enjoy the same attentive instruction and split the cost. We will give you a fitness assessment and help you to adapt a healthier lifestyle through weight training, endurance activities, nutrition counseling, cognitive tools for success, and Pilates training.
