    Outdoor Bootcamp

    This creative outdoor workout uses a combination of circuit and interval training to challenge your strength and endurance while burning a lot of calories. The workout moves quickly taking you from one exercise to the next with little to no rest. Options are provided for ALL levels so anyone can benefit from this class regardless of age or fitness level. We ask that you bring your own outdoor mat for this class along with a skipping rope
