Bootcamp for All Levels Course

COURSE DESCRIPTION: Personal trainers and group exercise fitness instructors will learn safe and effective exercises for one on one or group training. Bootcamp for All Levels is a practical course in which participants will learn new exercises to keep their bootcamps safe, fun and interactive for all ages and fitness levels. Participants will learn a variety of exercises using body weight and small apparatus equipment. In addition participants will be taught techniques to help their bootcamps run smoothly with minimal risk of injury.
DETAILS: This course is canfitpro certified and is eligible for 2 CEC's
